Which note-taking pen scanner is best? - pen scanner
I want a tool that I can convert my handwritten notes into text on my PC. I looked and screenwriter www.scanningpens.co.uk diggiscribbler PC and can not determine which is best? Both seem to have the same characteristics. Has anyone bought one and recommend one? Should I pick the cheapest? Or you can recommend other good pen scanner and websites that sell?

What am I here in the Philippines is a normal scanner .. BearPaw scanner .. and the characteristics of the conversion of handwriting .. PC onlyu sources and cost U.S. $ 15K
