Creative SoundBlaster X-fi Xtremegamer Windows 7 Issues? - windows 7 creative extigy driver
My sound card works fine until I updated Windows 7, and now I have no sound. The operating system recognizes the card and I installed all the drivers so far but still no sound. Any suggestion is welcome. Thank you.

The only people who should have a patch and driver creative.com microsoft.com / support.
And also look at your gear when you have a module-assistant filenames of these instruments to use older drivers for the hardware that is not that the drivers not yet been tested by Microsoft.
